Chap has partnered with Monument Publishing to publish and distribute version 4.0 of his apologetics workbook. This workbook was created to help students prepare for the NCFCA / Stoa apologetics competition.
You can view a sampler by clicking here.
Questions are broken down into 24 convenient topics. In addition, Chap has authored a teacher’s guide that will help parents/coaches cover much of the material. This curriculum gives you suggested lecture notes and assignments for a 24 week course or a 12 week course. Workbooks are available for order from Monument Publishing.
Sign up to take the course electronically! Chap will teach it for the fifth consecutive year during the 2010-2011 season. The class will use internet-based audio lectures and meeting software, a forum to interact online with other students and a regular time to use online chat.
Help! What are the different materials available from Monument Publishing?
Every student needs a Silver workbook. The other resources are for the teacher to use as needed.
The Silver Workbook has three sections:
a) NCFCA/Stoa rules for Apologetics,
b) My suggestions for prepping for Apologetics
c) the largest section has 1 page per 100 questions (organized into 24 topics) with room to take notes and suggestions for readings, etc.
The Apologetics Conference includes live recordings of the 2009 conference including:
1. Overview and Introduction
2. Content Download from me – Lectures on 10 topics.
3. Important Tips and Teaching from Joanna Griffith
The Silver Disks contain a prerecorded slide show and lecture of the same 10 topics as the Content Download.
The Silver Curriculum is my lecture notes for the 100 questions broken down into 24 topics.
